February 2024 Employee of the Month - Congratulations Vlad!
Vlad has been an instrumental part at 40 Mount St helping with new tenants moving in, assisting while we wait for a replacement Facilities manager and providing great service to all the tenants.

We had a new tenant move into 40 Mount St this year, and Vlad has made it a priority to ensure the team are welcomed every time they are on site from their initial site inspection and right up to the first few months of relocating to the site has been a smooth one, personally introducing himself to the team and ensuring that any requests have been handled straight away with professionalism.
Vlad received feedback from Gartner to the Senior Facilities Manager:
“I would like to this opportunity to provide some feedback on Vlad at Concierge.
It’s not often we hear about the positive things and the impact that can have, and trust Vlad would like to know what a fantastic job he performs and our appreciation for all his efforts.
Vlad is always so cheerful and welcoming, not only to me, but to the wider community at 40 Mount. Nothing is ever an issue, he always goes on and beyond in ensuring our needs, as a tenant, is accommodated and met to high standard.
He has a professional attitude and always remains calm, given the role can be challenging at times with multiple tenants in the building and their respective requests.
Vlad was outstanding in assisting Gartner during our renovations on Level 19, with multiple contractors onsite, both for Gartner and new tenants, coordinating these competing requests can be tricky.
In addition, assisting our staff in accessing our levels and learning their names, whereby providing a more personal service.
Overall, Vlad is a breath of fresh air and a perfect fit at concierge and 40 Mount, and we thank him for all the ongoing service & support he provides.
We hope this feedback is shared with Vlad and his direct management team, so they are aware on the value and positive impact, not only to Gartner, but the building overall.”
