December Employee of the Month - Congratulations Kamyla!
Please join us in congratulating Kamyla, our December Employee of the Month!
Kamyla joined the FC WA team as a support team member and since starting, she has demonstrated her ability to learn quickly, manage her time and problem-solve. While being the support team member, we regularly received positive feedback from clients about her efficiency and professionalism on maintaining the highest level of customer service.
In September 2023, Kamyla transferred to a client site as full time Front of House Team Member. She has taken ownership of the workplace, proactively rebuilding relationships with clients on the floor and other service providers. Drawing upon the knowledge and skills learnt as a support team member, she has introduced thoughtful practices, such as offering tea and coffee/room pre-setup services for external client meetings. Kamyla’s outstanding performance was recognized by a client via their internal portal as below for “collaborate with purpose”:
“In the short amount of time Kamyla has been here, she’s evidently picked things up very quickly. Kamyla is always helpful and is very genuinely happy to assist. As an example, I had a scheduled Teams meeting with a customer this afternoon, however the client didn’t see the invite correctly and showed up to our office. Kamyla didn’t hesitate to accommodate the client for us and arranged to have them placed in a meeting room and assisted them to join our scheduled meeting over Teams. Lifesaver!”
