Congratulations to Arthur and Carlos - our joint 2023 Concierge of the Year Winners!

Arthur:

It’s safe to say, Arthur is literally “Mr Queen & Collins” – he is the face of the building.

Arthur consistently provides outstanding service, constantly going above and beyond for the tenants, visitors and asset management teams. He takes the time daily to get to know as many tenants as he can – constantly greeting everyone he knows by first name and what company they work for. Arthur always greets tenants or visitors of the building with a warm and friendly demeanour, showing a genuine interest with anyone he speaks to.

Arthur has grown considerably in other aspects of his role, taking on more responsibility and developing his skills. He is always on hand to help not only the tenants and asset management team but visitors and the Space & Co department.

His dedication to excellence and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction make him an invaluable asset to both Queen & Collins and First Contact.

Carlos:

Carlos has proudly been the face of Central Plaza for just over 9 years now. To say he is one of the most well known concierge in Brisbane is an understatement, his reputation for his warm welcome, charismatic charm and exceptional customer service precede him throughout the city. 

Don't let his sense of humour fool you though, Carlos takes his role as an ambassador for not only Central Plaza but also First Contact very seriously. He has very high standards and expectations which he instills in Support Team members, and it is for this reason that many have started the first week of their journey with FC being trained and mentored on site by him.
 
Carlos' efforts are equally appreciated by building management, where he goes out of his way on a daily basis to assist the customer relationship manager as well as the operations, facilities and Security teams, as described recently by building management that he "brings a great sense of community to Central Plaza"
