Congratulations Dario - Our October 2023 Employee of the Month!
We are delighted to announce that Dario has been recognised as our October Employee of the Month!
He has been working for First Contact at a client site in an AV & Operations role for about six months and has always been a highly valued member of the team. He recently stepped up to take the lead for three weeks during a colleague’s holiday and did an amazing job.
Dario was calm and confident and was able to successfully oversee some very large events during that time. He worked well with the rest of the team and joined in management meetings and planning sessions prior to these large events and maintained a positive approach at all times.
He is extremely reliable, meticulous in his note taking skills and is able to actively collaborate with other team members, offering support and assistance whenever needed. We are all very proud of how well Dario performed in the role and have received comments from the client also endorsing what a great job he was able to achieve.
