First Contact Appoints Jeannie Lau as General Manager (Workplace Services) in Singapore.
SINGAPORE, May 18, 2022 – First Contact is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeannie Lau as General Manager – Workplace Services in Singapore. “Managing First Contact (Singapore) since 2019, Jeannie has been pivotal for the brand awareness and workforce, and we are thrilled on her well-deserved promotion.” said Dr. John Ortner, Managing Director.

Jeannie is a hospitality management professional with a proven track record of bespoke service process and execution. Prior to joining First Contact, Jeannie Lau held key management positions at Resorts World Sentosa (Singapore), Soneva and Intercontinental Hotels (Maldives), and various roles in Singapore. Jeannie holds Professional Certificate in Customer Experience (CXAC) and as well a business diploma from ERC Institute (Singapore).
