Customer Service Week - Day 5

For the final day of Customer Service Week, we are sharing another amazing feedback story from a team member who is also a finalist in the CSIA 'Customer Service Professional of the Year' award - Misuk.

In addition to being a valuable source of inspiration for the First Contact team, Misuk is constantly receiving exceptional feedback from clients, and was also the recipient of the 2015 Employee of the Year award at First Contact.

"I am currently here from Sydney for an important and highly confidential meeting being run with external guests in the Conference Suites by my Executive. I wanted to drop you a line to commend the staff in the conference suites, and in particular, Misuk.
Misuk has been an absolute delight and has made sure every need of the group has been catered to. We have been so well accommodated and looked after and I couldn’t be more impressed, or appreciative.
The rest of the team on the floor have also been incredibly helpful throughout the day.
Thank you for putting in place such a wonderful team who really are great representatives of our organisation."
