We are excited to announce that FC (and some of our fantastic team members) are finalists for the Customer Service Institute of Australia's (CSIA) 2016 Australian Service Excellence Awards (ASEA)!
The ASEAs are a platform to recognise customer-focussed staff and organisations from a variety of industries for their dedication to providing outstanding service. The nomination criteria includes not only a service perspective, but also learning & growth, governance and innovation aspects.
First Contact is a finalist for Customer Service Organisation of the Year (Medium Business).
We would like to congratulate two stars of the First Contact family - Misuk from Victoria and Ward from NSW - both have been nominated as finalists for the Customer Service Professional of the Year category. We wish you both all the best, and sincerely hope there is a two-way tie!
In addition, we would like to thank our entire team for making such recognition possible though the outstanding service provided on a daily basis!
The award ceremony will take place at a Gala Dinner on the 26th of October, 2016. Stay tuned for more updates!
