First Contact (FC) has just launched a brand new proprietary training program, The Secret of Our Service, in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. Working again with the fantastic team from our training partners People Reaching Potential, we have refined our core programs to better reflect the new First Contact, as we continue to evolve as the 'Leaders in Service Experience'.
History was made on Wednesday the 27th of July, when for the first time FC training was held simultaneously in 3 states.
The Secret of Our Service is designed to introduce new, and refresh existing team members, on the standard and performance required within FC and the corporate work environment, reinforcing what makes First Contact stand out against any would be competitors.
Over the coming months, all First Contact team members will participate in the Secret of Our Service training. This is a wonderful opportunity for staff to grow their skill base, solidifying First Contact as the leaders in service. This will benefit existing clients, as it provides employees with the tools to innovate and adapt their service style within a dynamic working environment, allowing for the provision of an enhanced service experience, which is more aligned to current trends in the corporate sector.
