FIRST CONTACT WELL REPRESENTED AT THE 2016 CSIA AWARDS

First Contact was delighted to be a part of the 2016 Australian Service Excellence Awards (ASEA), hosted by the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA).

With four finalist nominations (Medium Business of the Year, Team of the Year, 150 Collins VIC and two Individual Customer Service Professional of the Year nominations), we were well represented on the night, and it gave us an opportunity to mix with other like-minded service-centric organisations.

We look forward to a bigger and better event next year - look out for an even stronger FC representation in 2017!
