A founding member of the First Contact Executive Team since 2009, Paul is an accomplished service leader whose previous roles include Village Operations Manager for the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. He is a graduate of the Blue Mountains Hotel School, with a Grad Cert in Management (Professional Practice).
As CEO of First Contact, Paul ensures the delivery of seamless business systems as well as realising our People & Culture strategy incorporating compliance, training, employee recognition and retention.
His expertise in the design and delivery of service-centric teams shapes the vision that has made First Contact the market leader in bespoke Workplace Experience services to the premium commercial property sector.
Paul's formative years with Grand Hyatt Melbourne and then The Hotel Como (awarded Best Deluxe Hotel in Australia 1996 -1998) helped him to cultivate a unique style of service management.
Specialising in Front Office & Rooms Division Management, he contributed to successful pre-openings of award winning hotels, including The Mansion Hotel at Werribee Park, designing and communicating a service vision; one that inspires teams to innovate through a consistent focus on service centricity.
