Customer Service Week - Day 3

On day three of Customer Service Week, we put our service champions from Melbourne in the spotlight.

Chris - Premium Office Building Concierge

I just wanted to provide some great feedback for Chris.
I was talking with him this morning, when we noticed a blind man and his service dog walking towards the directory boards. Chris immediately got up, went to greet the man, and then proceeded to escort him to the lifts and then to his tenancy.
I know this may seem standard action for an experienced concierge, but this is exactly the type of premium service we expect from all our people. Chris didn’t just direct the man to the lifts, nor just leave him in the lift, he provided the full service to ensure he got to his destination safely.

Level 10 Reception Team - National Client

I would to take this opportunity to express my sincere thanks to an exceptional Level 10 reception Team for their support and all the help they have given me in resolving a complicated to a simple issues without their help it wouldn’t have been possible to do in couple of hours. Rohan and Rajat has always been so helpful, their calm and patient manner was a great help to me and our entire team always. The Level 10 reception team is a very dedicated members of your group and their willingness to tackle anything requested of them is remarkable.
Please convey my “Thank You” to the Level 10 reception Team. Their professional attitude in their roles is clearly reflected in the fantastic environment that has been created in our workplace. Plenty of trials and tribulations but they all deal with it well and maintain a good sense of humour, candour and helpful demeanour.
I'm always looking forward to continuing to work together with this wonderful team. I couldn’t let the opportunity pass without passing on my sincere thanks to all of the Level 10 reception team including Jitendra who has settled in so well in the team for being a great support and their kind assistance always! All their help and getting things through every time I ring or email reception means a lot.
Can you please let them know their efforts were very much applauded and appreciated? I have a great affinity with the Level 10 reception team members.
